The above watercolor painting is of the old high school in Bangor.  Most art critics would probably consider this somewhat primitive.  However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and this work is held as priceless by it's owner.  The artist of this painting holds a spot very close to the heart of the creator of this web site.  Grandma Emmert would glow if she knew her work was receiving international exposure.
