Will Funk was a local boy, growing up in Geneva Township and going to school in Bangor.  After leaving high school he taught music for several years.  He served an apprenticeship with Lester Northup, a noted local photographer, and in 1897 went into that profession for himself.  He took many photos around Bangor, only a few of which still survive.  He moved to Kalamazoo shortly before 1920.  Will was married at one time and had an adopted daughter.  We want to know if any of his relatives are still living.
